The Department of Physics was established in 2011-2012 with a rich legacy of academic excellence and research contributions in the field of physical sciences.

 

2.     Scope and Importance of the Department   

Physics is the foundation of modern science and technology. Our department provides a strong theoretical and experimental foundation in Classical Mechanics, Nuclear Physics, Electromagnetism, Thermodynamics, Astrophysics, and Mathematical Physics, preparing students for careers in research, industry, and academia.
